This place is famous for their 곱창파스타 (deep fried cow intestine pasta) and their upside down caramel ice-cream cone dessert.
Although it might sound kinda disgusting if you are not a spare part fan.. this pasta might be a good intro dish because it's practically deep fried hence it eliminates most of the smell and creamy-ness of what the regular intestines are better known for.
The portions are reasonably sized and priced.
I've been there twice but had no space (yet!) for dessert...um, thrice the charm perhaps?
Directions: Myeongdong Station (Line 4) Exit4, walk all the way straight till you see "State Tower Namsan" Building on your left.
There will be an escalator/staircase to go down to the basement- you'll see the restaurant upon entering.
Get off at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station (Seoul Subway Line 4/2), Exit 1. Battery Park is situated inside the food hall/mall area.
