I found a yummy restaurant that serves short ribs called 홍대 쪽갈비 / Jjok Galbi!
It's in between Hongdae and Sangsu (which right opposite from the famous corner patbingsu place). Click here for map.
It's reasonably priced and I recommend the original ribs!! (taste like Malaysia's Chinese roadside honey glazed chicken wings!) haha
but DON'T go for the spicy one, it was soooo disappointing. Remember! no spicy!
