the sunset before the full moon.

My first ever Chuseok in Korea was spent at a place where I'm able to catch the sunset from the front door and that particular daytime was spent prepping and frying the some what staple snacks (for this house at least) of Chuseok.

I learnt that what I had for earlier for the Korean "Chinese New Year" is the exact same snacks they'll prepare for Chuseok.

It was good fun to feel a lil helpful and all until the squid decided to splatter out angry oil (while we were attempting to make tempura outta it) and we had to seize operation which was a blessing in disguise- since my back was aching with all the squats and bending and tryna be all demure..

phew :P
