Recipe: Sliced pumpkin side dish / 호박전 (hobak-jeon)

I'm sure there's many method in making this pumpkin side dish but this is a recipe I learnt from Mrs.Lee
and it's so easy and great for brunch ( like what I did with baby leaves and potatoes ) or with rice, as another side dish.

1) Skin it and cut up the pumpkin ( i know, it looks like a cucumber right?!)
2) In a bowl- crack in an egg and put in a pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)
3) Soak in the pumpkin slices and pan fry it!

 * I think it would make a great snack with Thai Chili Sauce dipping! mmm... Enjoy!
