Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Serum

I used to chuckle when I read about Korean 10 step skincare routine (and how on earth do they find the time for it!) but I reckon, the laugh is now on me.
I'm surprised at my current skincare collection and the brewing interest in acquiring more as I do consider myself to be of the lazy sort, it's appalling.

Perhaps now that I can't deny that I am getting in a little older in age and exposed to a little more truth on how our skin would age faster, scares me to action. Oh vanity!

The first time I incorporated a Vitamin C product into my routine was 4 years ago and then I completely forgotten about it till lately when I felt like I needed some extra boost for my skin.
I've been reading reviews on Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Serum for a couple of months and decided to try it now. It contains 5% of Vitamin C and although it isn't as potent as the Kiehl's Powerful Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate which has 10.5% of Vitamin C, this is an economical alternative and it does the job in supplementing the skin.

Is one better than the other? I can't say for certain and it depends on individual skin but I'm glad that my skin isn't showing any irritation signs.

I usually use it at night after toner and before moisturizer- Putting about 3 drops onto my palm and then gently rubbing it to create heat before tapping it onto my skin.
It looks greasy but it absorbs really fast into the skin and in a matter of seconds the shine completely disappears! There isn't any fragrance in this serum as well, although I was hoping it would smell like oranges.

The results aren't overnight with any skincare products but I do believe that if you put in the effort, it will make the world of difference in the years to come.
